Presenter Nancy O’Dell (Access Hollywood) made her Pamela Dennis gown pop with a long platinum and diamond briolette drop pendant and chain a platinum and rose-cut diamond right-hand ring and platinum and pear-shaped diamond chandelier earrings by designer Stephen Russell. Harry Winston provided Golden Globe nominee Kim Cattrall (Sex and the City) with platinum and diamond cluster earrings and stackable bracelets. Uma Thurman was one star who went for pearls wearing Fred Leighton’s platinum diamond and pearl tassel earrings that featured diamond briolettes. Presenter and singer Gwen Stefani (No Doubt) added color with Leighton’s 1930s platinum diamond and ruby orchid cuff bracelet a 1920s platinum pearl and diamond hair clip and a platinum and pink diamond ring.
